The 2025 CIGRE International Symposium in Montreal will bring together international, regional, and local key players in the power systems sector: business leaders, system operators, manufacturers, engineers, scientists, policymakers, regulators, and academics. This event will be hosted by the Canadian National Committee and will replace the successful annual Canadian event: CIGRE Canada Conference & Exposition, which brings together approximately 700 Canadian and North American experts annually.

Symposium Venue: The symposium will be held at the Palais des congrès de Montréal, a carbon-neutral architectural masterpiece located in the heart of the city.

Abstract Submission: Paper quality is first evaluated based on an abstract. Abstracts must be submitted according to instructions on the website (www.cigre.ca).
Paper Publication: Papers will be available for download one month before the symposium to registered participants. One month after the symposium, papers will be available at www.e-cigre.org at no cost to CIGRE members.
